Sabbath - Shabat - שׁבּת

You can praise & worship Yahweh on Sunday, or any day of the week you choose; but, the Sabbath, Shabat שׁבּת, is a Holy, qâdôsh קדושׁ , day for rest & worship, set aside by I AM THAT I AM, Jehovah, Yahweh Elohim; all the same entity.

It does not make one wrong to worship Yahweh on other days as one keeps the Sabbath of Yahweh on the true Sabbath and keep the commandments of Yahweh. It becomes a benefit and strengthens our spiritual connection with Yahweh and the gifts of the Holy Spirit.

By subjection, Christians are limiting their Spiritual potential by not keeping the true Sabbath, the feast and observances set aside by Yahweh, while participating in traditions of pagan rituals.

For example, to fail to observe the Feast of Unleaven Bread, which we are told to observe for all time in Exodus, literally cuts us off from Israel, or Yahweh’s chosen people. If you claim to be redeemed by the Blood of Yeshua, Jesus, the Messiah, then you claim to be chosen by Yahweh, thus, part of Yahweh’s chosen people, part of Israel. How can you be a part of something if you are cutoff from the same something?

Another, participation in ‘egg rolls’ and ‘bunny’ traditions, commonly call Easter traditions, during Passover are nothing less than idol worship. If we observe Yeshua’s answer to the question which is the greatest commandment (Mark 12.28-31); well, how could we participate knowing Yeshua became the Passover Lamb for all nations?

Yes, we are redeemed, but that does not provide a license to continue in sin. We must continually strive to perfect ourselves, put on the full armor, and thru pray, meditation and repentance, one day our eternal salvation will become evident.

Awareness of sin is the first step of eternal salvation and spiritual maturity. “For all have sinned, and fall short of the glory of God;” Romans 3:23 ASV. Study the Word. Yeshua said He came to fulfill the Law not to destroy it. In essence, He became our sin offering.

Many Christians seem to have the perception they no longer need or have to keep Yahweh’s commandments, which in reality is allowing man’s tradition to destroy the Law. This perception is the direct result of failure to ‘Study to shew thyself approved unto God (Yahweh)’.

And it is true the Holy Spirit will reveal to us many things; as when we will be delivered up to the synagogues of Satan.

And what or who is this synagogue of Satan? Simply put, the government institutions, the financial institutions, the educational institutions and the religious institutions and the powers behind them.

Great tribulation and persecution will come;

And the dragon waxed wroth with the woman, and went away to make war with the rest of her seed, that keep the commandments of God, and hold the testimony of Jesus: Revelation 12:17 ASV

And another angel, a third, followed them, saying with a great voice, If any man worshippeth the beast and his image, and receiveth a mark on his forehead, or upon his hand, he also shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is prepared unmixed in the cup of his anger; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb: and the smoke of their torment goeth up for ever and ever; and they have no rest day and night, they that worship the beast and his image, and whoso receiveth the mark of his name. Here is the patience of the saints, they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus. Revelation 14:9-12 ASV

Acceptance is the second step of spiritual salvation. For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth on him should not perish, but have eternal life. For God sent not the Son into the world to judge the world; but that the world should be saved through him. John 3:16-17 ASV

This alone is the key to eternal salvation and spiritual maturity.

This is the testimony and faith of Yeshua, and nothing else will protect and deliver you during these great tribulations and persecutions to come; not baptism, religious attendance, not financial stability, not religious memberships. As Daniel walked with the lions and Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-nego walked through the fiery furnace, our salvation hinges on the faith and testimony of Yeshua.

And thirdly, atonement will begin your journey of spiritual maturity. “I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all in like manner perish.” Luke 13:3 ASV

Finally, through prayer or meditation, communicate with Yahweh:

A. awareness of your sin

B. acceptance of Yeshua as your salvation

C. atonement of your shortcomings and sin

D. repeat

In conclusion, study Yahweh’s Word. “Give diligence to present thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, handling aright the word of truth.” 2 Timothy 2:15 ASV

Simple, right?

Seek out local support, ask Yahweh to direct your steps and reveal where you should praise and worship. Through prayer and meditation He will lead you through your journey to your destination…
